At Roovereta, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be in new condition and should be returned with their original packaging, accessories, and included materials where applicable.

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

For eligible returns, we provide a free return label that you can download and print.

Exchanges

Refunds

Payments are currently processed through PayPal, so refunds will normally be returned through PayPal.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Eligible returns are provided with a free return shipping label. The label can be downloaded and printed for use when returning your order by mail.
